Setlistd respects intellectual property rights. Post only content you own, have permission to share, or are otherwise legally allowed to post. This includes concert photos, artist artwork, merchandise designs, profile images, and uploaded setlist photos. Factual concert information and song titles are distinct from copyrighted photographs, scans, recordings, and lyrics.
Email hello@setlistd.com with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Identify the copyrighted work and the exact URL or other location of each item you want reviewed. Include your name, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature. Explain whether you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate. State under penalty of perjury that you are the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Consider lawful uses, including applicable exceptions, before submitting a complaint.
We may ask for more information, remove or restrict content, and notify the contributor. Information in a complaint may be shared with the contributor where needed to address it or required by law. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact hello@setlistd.com with the removal details and your explanation. We will review the dispute and provide information about any applicable counter-notice process. We do not guarantee restoration. Knowingly false complaints or disputes may have legal consequences.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or abuse reporting tools. Report harassment, privacy violations, or nonconsensual intimate images using the Community Guidelines process; those complaints are not limited to copyright ownership.
