We collect account information such as your name, email address, username, and profile image, along with profile details and links you choose to provide. We collect content and activity you create in Setlistd, including concert logs, ratings, reviews, photos, merchandise details, setlists, show edits, future-show lineups, likes, comments, follows, and concert-tag requests and responses.
We use this information to operate Setlistd, display content, help you discover and save shows, support social features, and improve reliability and performance. We use concert activity and follow relationships to calculate statistics and identify shows you have in common with concert buddies. Locations you enter in your profile or concert records are used for those features; they do not themselves represent continuous device-location tracking.
Public content may be visible to other people through Setlistd, public web pages, and shared links. Profile, lineup, and statistics visibility are separate controls in Settings → Privacy settings. A private profile can still be viewed by followers; private lineups and statistics can still be viewed by mutual follows. Individual private logs are restricted to their owner in the product. Public statistics shown to other members exclude private logs. Choosing to share a show can include your username and planned attendance in the message. Copies that recipients previously saved or shared may remain outside our control.
We process photos you choose to upload and create resized versions for display. Show information and setlist contributions may become part of shared event records rather than only your personal diary. Changes to your personal log do not necessarily remove shared event facts or other members’ independently created content.
We store device push tokens and notification preferences and may store your device time zone to schedule reminders. Apple processes push delivery. Notifications can appear on your lock screen depending on your device settings. Choose notification categories in Setlistd and control notification permission in iOS Settings. Turning off concert-tag alerts does not remove requests from the in-app Notifications screen. You can separately disable new concert tags in Privacy settings and approve or deny requests.
We process reports and may check submitted text using automated safety rules. Safety records can include reported-content snapshots, review notes, and moderation decisions. Authorized personnel and service providers may process information to operate, secure, and support the service. Providers help with hosting, databases, storage, authentication, email, push delivery, and performance measurement. The website uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. We do not sell your personal information.
You can request account deletion in Settings → Delete account or contact hello@setlistd.com. Deletion removes your account and associated personal content from the active service; file cleanup may require additional processing and retries. Shared event and setlist contributions may remain without an account attribution. We may retain limited safety records, reported-content snapshots, or other information where needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations. Backup and cache copies may persist until their normal removal cycles. Contact us about a specific record or deletion concern.
You can edit profile information and manage content, visibility, tagging, and notification preferences in the app. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email hello@setlistd.com. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and respond as required by applicable law. Your rights may vary by location. We use safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Setlistd is a general-audience product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact hello@setlistd.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
