By using Setlistd, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable laws. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Setlistd is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, use the service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Setlistd helps fans document concerts, save future shows, share concert information, and connect with other members. We may add, remove, interrupt, or update features. Saving a show to your lineup does not reserve admission or purchase a ticket.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you contribute. You grant Setlistd a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, format, and display that content as needed to operate and provide the service, consistent with your privacy settings. We may allow service providers to perform those activities on our behalf. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to contribute content, including photos and artwork.
Show details and setlists can be shared community records. Other members may use or edit those records. Deleting a personal log or account does not necessarily delete shared event facts, contributions retained without account attribution, or content independently created by others. Permission to use your personal content ends when it is removed from the service, except for copies retained as described in the Privacy Policy and shared contributions that remain part of the service.
Show dates, times, venues, lineups, and setlists may change or contain errors. Confirm details with the organizer or venue. Setlistd uses Apple Music for artist artwork. External links and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. A listing, image, or mention does not by itself imply an artist’s or venue’s endorsement of Setlistd.
Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not post unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative, or harassing content. Do not impersonate others, run scams, manipulate social activity, deliberately falsify shared records, or use concert tags to harass people or expose their private information. Respect other members’ privacy and choices.
You can report content in the app or contact hello@setlistd.com. We may use automated safety rules and human review, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risks to the service or its members. Contact support if you believe a moderation decision was mistaken. Copyright complaints are addressed in the Copyright Policy.
You can request deletion through Settings → Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for information about personal-content removal, shared contributions, and limited retention. Some removal operations may require additional processing.
Setlistd is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of community information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
